Pembroke Middle School
The Middle School program plays on Friday nights throughout the hockey season. There are no associated skills / practices. This will be games only.
The 2024-2025 Season Middle School teams will participate in the Junior High Bog League in Kingston and Pembroke. This league is composed of local Patriot League town teams that participate in 3 different levels (Green, White, Red). This league is challenging and competitive for our players.
GRADE ELIGIBILITY
Middle School league is not age based. This is GRADE based and available to all 6th, 7th and 8th Grade (entering in Sep 2024), boys and girls, in the Pembroke school district. Kids in private schools that live in these towns are also welcome to join.
Games
The season runs from September through March with approximately 20 games on Friday nights (in Kingston or Pembroke).
Jerseys
A reversible jersey is included in tuition.

***The league is NON CHECKING (but there is plenty of body contact to gain puck possession).
***High School Rules (delayed offsides and icing on penalty kill is OK), with HS Officials used to help the kids adapt to that style of play.
The team is run through volunteers in our community to make sure the players of Pembroke have a chance to play the game with one another before high school. The school district does not run these teams.
2024 - 2025 Pembroke Middle School
Registration for 2024-2025 Pembroke Middle School hockey is live! We are aiming to limit rosters to 15 skaters, so registering early is highly encouraged. Later registrants may be waitlisted.
Silver Lake Middle School Registration and Administration will be handled separately from Pembroke. This Registration is for Pembroke Middle School teams.
Full season cost is $525 for skaters and $250 for goalies. This includes a reversible jersey. The $150 registration fee is non-refundable. The payment information on file will be charged for player tuition on a monthly basis from April through September (15th of month). For any player that signs up post April 15th, the system will process a catch up payment to bring the payment timeline up to date. If a player drops pre August 15th, they will be refunded all but their registration fee.
This registration does not count towards PYH season 3rd registration family discounts.
Note that PYH tryout scores and coach evals will be utilized to build rosters. In the event that a player is unknown (ex: just moved to Pembroke), we will reach out to the family to discuss.
