Co-ed / Boys
PYH offers co-ed teams for U6 (Mighty Mites), U8 (Mites), U10 (Squirts) and U12 (Peewee). U14 (Bantam) and U18 (Midget) are Boys Only. All teams participate in the Bay State Hockey League. Girls only options are available for U10 and older.
Ages
Birth Year qualifications: U6 Mighty Mites (2020-2022), Mites (2018-2019), Squirts (2016-2017), Peewee (2014-2015), Bantam (2012-2013), Midget (2008-2011).
When
The 'hockey season" runs from May though March with games happening from September through March.
Where
Skills and practices are held at Hobomock Arenas and games are played at various rinks throughout the area.
Practices & Skills
Full season teams practice once per week from Sep through March with skills offered once per week Sep-March. Summer sessions will take place once per week (May - Aug).
Games
Games are on Saturdays or Sundays (with a chance of a rare Friday night game) and run from September into March.
Jerseys & Socks
Players jersey and sock ordering will no longer take place during registration. Parents will order jerseys and socks through our vendor and choose to have them delivered to their home. More information will be provided soon.

GAME ONLY OPTION
New for '26-'27 we will offer a Game Only option. If this is of interest, please select this option during the registration process. Pricing adjustments will be made post registration and team selection.
2026 - 2027
Registration for the 2026-2027 season is live! The registration deadline is March 31 after which a $100 late fee will be applied (for all divisions except U6).
All players must be registered in advance of tryouts to be eligible to tryout. Any player registered after tryouts will be placed on the lowest team in the division. Tryout Dates/Times are posted on the PYH Website.
The $100 registration fee non-refundable. The payment information on file will be charged for player tuition on a monthly basis from April through September (15th of month). For any player that signs up post April 15th, the system will process a catch up payment to bring the payment timeline up to date. Note that after May 30, all paid to date tuition is non refundable. All refunds will run through the "Tuition Insurance" process. If you did not pay for Tuition Insurance, no refund will be granted post May 30th.
